Arcalooka Cabin at Hidden Valley Camp
What is Arcalooka you ask?
Let me tell you about it!
Arcalooka is the name of the cabin you see on the left. This year area girls scouts will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the cabin. For 50 years this little brick cabin has been welcoming girls for outdoor fun, keeping them safe and protected from the rain when needed. It is a modest looking cabin but if it could talk, you would hear the secrets so many girls have exchanged close by, the stories of awkward kids become successful adults. You would share the ups and downs of the years gone by.
Girl scouts and our community owes this little cabin a birthday party.
Come and celebrate! It’s a carnival

Time : 3 to 6 pm
Location Hidden Valley : located on Bob Billings Pkwy. West of Kasold.
Parking is available at Orchard’s Shopping Center, the church parking lot or Douglas County Bank parking lot.
Tickets for food : .50 to $1.oo per item.

Finally I want to remind all girl scouts parents that it is time to register for summer camp at Hidden Valley and this a good way to visit the site for first time campers. You can find a registration form here
